It has a very "family-oriented/community/wholesome" feel to it, unlike many other car dealerships which are more flashy and less caring. A lot of this sense of care was brought on by the above-average service from David Hannah. He has a way of making you feel at ease and making it genuinely clear that you're not being taken advantage of. He doesn't waste time with games and is honest and realistic from the start. I was searching for a car since mine was getting up there in age. I was very hesitant/nervous to shop with a dealership since I have never been. We all hear horror stories of employees trying to take all your money and essentially "rip you off." However that is not the case here.

Luis Castillo was great and did not make me feel like that at all! He really helped me through this experience and made it a fun/exciting thing. Ali also made the experience easy for me, he took care of getting me financed and really seemed to know his stuff. Another great aspect of this dealership is that they are dog friendly! and they definitely mean it, I took my dog in and she got so much love from the staff and patrons there.

These guys were great! Booked an online appointment and drove the car in. The alignment took an hour. This place was recommended for their alignment machine. I have a VW Rabbit, and will return here for sure! This place is open in the mornings very early and if you book in the first timeslot, you can be in and out quite fast. Had my car detailed yesterday. I had the $249 package. They did an excellent job cleaning the inside. It looks like a new car, even has a new smell and it's 8 years old. Didn't get to enjoy the outside cleanliness of the car as it started raining when I picked it up, but they did get the majority of the tar off the wheel wells.
Now for the customer service: when I arrived the gentleman that greeted me was very nice. Another gentleman showed me to the loaner car, he was also very nice. I hadn't driven far when I noticed the car smelled like cigarette smoke. I started feeling nauseous and headachy. I went back and told them that I couldn't take the loaner and explained why. They were going to rent me car from enterprise and pay for it. I thought that was very client focused. It did turn out that they had an SUV but it hadn't been cleaned yet. That was fine as long as it didn't smell like smoke.
Now, here is where there is room for improvement: the vehicle is a push start rather than key start. Never having driven one before, I had to go back inside to ask how to start the car. Also, the vehicle had about an 1/8 of a tank of gas. When I pulled into the gas station, I couldn't find the latch to open the gas cover. I had to ask someone to help me look for it and he didn't know either. We finally found it as it wasn't evident where to look.
So all in all I'll give them 9 out of 10.
