We recently had an engine problem and took the car back where we bought it. We were advised that part of the engine would have to be replaced under warranty. The service people were very nice and very helpful and after we gave them the information on maintenance we were told to wait for a phone call. Before to long we got the phone call and the car was taken in and repaired free of charge in two days. We were also provided with a rental for the same period at no cost. There's something about this Myers location that makes you feel comfortable. It has a very "family-oriented/community/wholesome" feel to it, unlike many other car dealerships which are more flashy and less caring. A lot of this sense of care was brought on by the above-average service from David Hannah. He has a way of making you feel at ease and making it genuinely clear that you're not being taken advantage of. He doesn't waste time with games and is honest and realistic from the start. I was searching for a car since mine was getting up there in age. I was very hesitant/nervous to shop with a dealership since I have never been. We all hear horror stories of employees trying to take all your money and essentially "rip you off." However that is not the case here.

Luis Castillo was great and did not make me feel like that at all! He really helped me through this experience and made it a fun/exciting thing. Ali also made the experience easy for me, he took care of getting me financed and really seemed to know his stuff. Another great aspect of this dealership is that they are dog friendly! and they definitely mean it, I took my dog in and she got so much love from the staff and patrons there.

These guys were great! Booked an online appointment and drove the car in. The alignment took an hour. This place was recommended for their alignment machine. Had my car detailed yesterday. I had the $249 package. They did an excellent job cleaning the inside. It looks like a new car, even has a new smell and it's 8 years old. Didn't get to enjoy the outside cleanliness of the car as it started raining when I picked it up, but they did get the majority of the tar off the wheel wells.
Now for the customer service: when I arrived the gentleman that greeted me was very nice. Another gentleman showed me to the loaner car, he was also very nice. I hadn't driven far when I noticed the car smelled like cigarette smoke. I started feeling nauseous and headachy. I went back and told them that I couldn't take the loaner and explained why. They were going to rent me car from enterprise and pay for it. I thought that was very client focused. It did turn out that they had an SUV but it hadn't been cleaned yet. That was fine as long as it didn't smell like smoke.
Now, here is where there is room for improvement: the vehicle is a push start rather than key start. Never having driven one before, I had to go back inside to ask how to start the car. Also, the vehicle had about an 1/8 of a tank of gas. When I pulled into the gas station, I couldn't find the latch to open the gas cover. I had to ask someone to help me look for it and he didn't know either. We finally found it as it wasn't evident where to look.
So all in all I'll give them 9 out of 10.
Today I had an problem with a recall repair issue. It meant I could not drive my vehicle until repaired. I called this morning expecting to have to wait for an appointment & expecting to wait for parts to be ordered. That was not the case at all. I was told I had an appointment immediately and parts were in stock and repair would be done same day. Such great professional service. The service dept. staff couldn't be better! This was super customer service. Thank you!

Overall good experience. Went in last week to look at a few pre-owned cars and they were excellent in letting us know about an issue on a specific car that we were interested in...during a test drive the check-engine light came on and they took a look and the service team mentioned that it wouldn't be worth buying as while the issue seemed minor, there was a slight possibility that it wasn't and could cause us some headaches down the road and the sales team offered up some other options that could work within our budget. I appreciated the honesty and overall we felt good about our purchase! The sales guys were all friendly and motivated. Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

Bought a ‘17 Elantra from Dilwari on Hunt Club, went to get it serviced and was charged $194 for an oil change and a touch up paint stick (this is at Dilwari).

I switched to Myers (bells corners location) for servicing and to buy some genuine parts. Recieved top quality, excellent service. And they gave really fair prices (unlike Dilawri)

I personally will not go back to Dilawri and am mostly likely going to go back to Myers (Bells Corners) for servicing and parts.

I have to admit my very first experience with this dealership was not great. I waited at the service counter while three service advisers failed to look up or acknowledge my presence for a couple of minutes (I was the only customer there). I had walked in to make an appt to get my tires switched over. The appt got made and there was some discussion on where my tires were being held as they were being stored by the Bell's Corner location. Come the day of the appt .... no tires. The service advisor said he would try to track them down and let me know the results. This was frustrating as I made the appt in advance so they should have known before the appt whether the tires were there or not.

Fast forward 6 hours and I get a phone call that my tires have been lost and they have been replaced by a brand new set of Goodrich tires. I was so pleasantly surprised that they proactively corrected their mistake and did not make me have to fight for replacements and that the replacement they chose was of a high quality. Well done, Barrhaven Hyundai ... now just look up and say "Hi" when a customer comes through the door :) and you'll be golden.
